Lilicloth wants you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, our refund policy aims to make the process as smooth as possible. Generally, you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that certain items, such as swimwear, lingerie, and personalized items, may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons or their customized nature. We encourage you to carefully review the product description before making your purchase.

To initiate a return, please visit the "My Orders" section of your Lilicloth account or contact our customer service team. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions and return address. Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow some processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
