We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return on products，except for Final sale items and Underwear. Customers have the right to request a return within 15 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, lilicloth require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

How to Make Your Return: Step1: Click the "Tracking Order" feature at the bottom menu of our home page. Step2: Enter your Email Address and Order Number. Step3:There is a "Return" button in the specific order. You need to click it to submit the return request and you will get authorization from us by email with a label with our return address.
